About K39C

People-first Defence consulting

K39C brings experienced Defence-sector professionals together to help government, industry, and capability programs deliver meaningful outcomes.

Built for complex environments

We work alongside our clients to navigate complexity, strengthen delivery, and create trusted partnerships that last.

Founded in 2018, K39C was established with a clear purpose: to bring together exceptional people with the experience, integrity and expertise to solve complex challenges across Defence and industry. From our beginnings as a veteran-owned Australian consultancy, K39C has grown into an international business operating across Australia and the United Kingdom. Throughout that growth, our leadership philosophy has remained grounded in the same principles — strong relationships, accountability, collaboration and a commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients. Our leadership team brings together extensive experience across Defence, government and industry, combining strategic insight with deep technical and operational expertise. We understand the environments our clients operate in because many of our leaders have worked within them, led complex programs and experienced their challenges firsthand. We believe effective leadership is about more than setting direction. It is about creating the conditions for talented people to succeed, making considered decisions, challenging conventional thinking and taking responsibility for the outcomes we deliver. As K39C continues to grow, our leadership remains focused on building one integrated business across Australia and the UK — united by our values, our culture and our commitment to safeguarding the future.
